St. Philip’s School and Community Center
St. Philip’s School & Community Center is a long‑time mission partner of Saint Michael, serving children and families in South Dallas through faith‑based education and community outreach. Founded in 1946, St. Philip’s School & Community Center provides a rigorous, nurturing educational environment for students while also serving as a vital community hub. Through an integrated approach to education and compatible community services, St. Philip’s supports academic success, family stability, and neighborhood wellbeing.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:
Saint Michael parishioners are invited to serve through Aunt Bette’s Community Pantry, which provides food and essential items to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity.
The pantry is currently in need of additional volunteers. Opportunities include:
- Greeting and assisting pantry guests
- Sorting and organizing food
- Helping create a welcoming, dignified environment
