Reclaiming Evangelism in the Episcopal Church

Sun, August 16 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Group: Faith and Practice Series

In Room 201

Led by the Rev. Kenneth H. Brannon and the Rev. Cn. Carrie Headington

Sundays, August 16 – 30

“Evangelism” means sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with our neighbors. We have seen plenty of ways this can be done poorly. But an Anglican understanding of who God is and how God works in the world can lead to expressions of evangelism that are authentic, peace-filled, and life-giving. Join us as we explore the biblical and theological foundations of evangelism and imagine what a “redeemed” evangelism could look like right here in Dallas.

August 16 – Reclaiming Evangelism: Biblical and Liturgical Foundations, The Rev. Kenneth H. Brannon and the Rev. Cn. Carrie Headington
August 23 – Reclaiming Evangelism: An Authentic Witness to Faith and Hope, The Rev. Cn. Carrie Headington
