Join us for Holy Eucharist on the Feast of the Transfiguration. One of the major observances of the Christian year, the feast of the Transfiguration commemorates the revealing of Jesus as the Son of God and the fulfillment of the law (represented by the figure of Moses) and the prophets (represented by the figure of Elijah). The Transfiguration thus invites us into deeper reflection on ways God is revealed in the world and the role we play in the showing forth of his glory.
