James R. Thomas
Facilities Manager
Saint Michael is thrilled to welcome James R. Thomas as the new Facilities Manager. James will assist the Director of Facilities in managing the physical operations of our campus, including personnel and systems that provide for the safety, comfort, security, maintenance, cleaning, and setup/takedown for staff and parishioners. James brings more than 26 years of experience in public education, operational leadership, and organizational management, most recently serving as Chief Operations Officer for a public K-12 school district.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, James serves as a Past Master of Goodwill Lodge No. 313. He has led numerous charitable and community outreach efforts, including annual Thanksgiving food drives that have helped provide meals to hundreds of families across North Texas. James is a proud father of three adult daughters and the loving grandfather of five grandchildren. Some of his greatest joys come from gathering with his family around the table, preparing meals together, sharing stories, and creating memories that will last for generations.
