“Having the proper tools allowed me to practice, gain confidence, and fully prepare for the responsibilities I will take on in my future career. With this assistance, I can focus more on my studies and less on financial stress.”
Grace had a vision for her future, one that was entirely her own. When she applied to Project Moses for help completing her esthetician program, she wasn’t simply asking for supplies; she was asking for the chance to step into a life she had chosen for herself. Project Moses provided the kit required to complete her training, a modest investment that carried enormous weight. For Grace, those tools were the bridge between where she had been and where she was going.
There is a particular grace, fitting perhaps, in work that is done with one’s own hands, that honors the body, and that offers care to others. Grace has embraced that work wholeheartedly. Her story is a testament to what becomes possible when a community of faith chooses to act, not with fanfare, but with purpose. Project Moses was honored to walk that road beside her.

Project Moses is a mission founded by parishioners to highlight the truths of human trafficking and share the Light of Christ with its survivors.
This ministry focuses on the scourge of human trafficking in our community through education and awareness, advocacy with legislators and law enforcement, and partnerships with many agencies working on the rights and rehabilitation of the many survivors of this crime.
