It takes a battle-hardened, Army veteran (Desert Storm and Desert Shield) to advocate for student veterans who are transitioning from military service to the academic world and a successful life as a civilian. Our (Prime Timers) May 7th speaker is Ms. Marijke Gray, Director of the Military and Veteran Center at the University of Texas at Dallas. We will hear stories how she broke the glass ceiling as a combat medic and helps other veterans toward success as they pursue their goals.
