Harvey Marshall, Director of Facilities, brings over 25 years of experience in facilities management and mechanical systems. Known for his strategic leadership and operational excellence, Harvey previously oversaw a 700,000+ sq. ft. facility with a team of 90 and a multi-million-dollar budget, achieving zero OSHA-recordable incidents for four consecutive years. He’s secured major grants, launched new service lines, and improved processes to drive significant cost savings and efficiency.
Harvey is also deeply committed to community outreach, supporting second-chance employment initiatives and local job fairs. He holds a BBA from the University of Nebraska and is a licensed Journeyman Steamfitter with expertise in HVAC controls. Harvey is married with five adult children, and four grandchildren with two on the way.
