Rob Springer-Kyle
Director of Mission & Outreach
Three years ago, Rob was first drawn to Saint Michael for its strong commitment to partnering with nonprofits across Dallas and cultivating meaningful local, national, and international missional relationships. He has served as the Director of Engagement since 2022, successfully growing the Welcome-Greeter, Good Shepherd, and Young Adult ministries. He will support engagement ministries until new leadership is identified for these areas. In his new role, Rob will continue to engage with people and help them discover how God is calling them to serve—connecting parishioners with one another, with the wider community, and with the organizations Saint Michael faithfully partners with and supports locally, nationally, and internationally.
With more than 20 years of diverse experience—including service in the U.S. Marine Corps during Desert Storm, ministry work across several states, missionary service in Hungary, and leadership roles in education, city government, and as an ordained minister—Rob has seen firsthand how service brings people together and strengthens communities. Because of his dedication to this parish and commitment to Saint Michael’s mission of building Christian disciples for a transformed community, I am grateful that Rob has answered the call to become the next Director of Mission and Outreach.
