Ryan Waller brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this discussion. As a licensed marriage and family therapist based in Dallas, Ryan specializes in marriage and family therapy, individual therapy, and adolescent therapy. He is also the acclaimed author of "Depression, Anxiety, and Other Things We Don’t Want to Talk About," a book that tackles the often stigmatized issues of mental health within the Christian community.
