SUMMARY:Reclaiming Evangelism in the Episcopal Church
DESCRIPTION:Group: Faith and Practice Series \nIn Room 201 \nLed by the Rev. Kenneth H. Brannon and the Rev. Cn. Carrie Headington \nSundays\, August 16 – 30 \n“Evangelism” means sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with our neighbors. We have seen plenty of ways this can be done poorly. But an Anglican understanding of who God is and how God works in the world can lead to expressions of evangelism that are authentic\, peace-filled\, and life-giving. Join us as we explore the biblical and theological foundations of evangelism and imagine what a “redeemed” evangelism could look like right here in Dallas. \nAugust 16 – Reclaiming Evangelism: Biblical and Liturgical Foundations\, The Rev.
