Music is an integral part of worship at Saint Michael. Many of our services offer unique choral singing opportunities for young children through adults. Also, the Music Department provides both an inspiring and meditative musical experience outside of the worship service throughout the year, consisting of performances of major sacred choral and orchestral works and organ recitals.

Children’s Choirs

Children’s Choir
The Children's Choir for boys and girls in the 1st through 4th grade will sing hymns and contemporary songs at various services. This opportunity will be fun and educational as the children engage in exciting musical activities while learning music-reading skills. Joy Mass Choir
Our youngest members of the congregation offer their musical gifts each week in the Joy Mass. Please note the addition of an optional rehearsal each Wednesday evening. For more information on children's choirs, please contact Ashley Westgate (, 214-914-0290).

Adult Choirs

Adult Choirs
Each Sunday our adult choirs offer a varied repertoire of choral music and provide the backbone of our congregational singing in the Church at 8:45 and 11:00. In addition to preparing the music for each Sunday, members of the adult choir enjoy the added privilege of working with some of the finest orchestral musicians in Dallas, who regularly enhance our music on feast days. Members also enjoy the benefits of learning the history of the music they sing and about the liturgy in which they participate. Schola Cantorum
