Timeline
Late August to early September 2009: Look for Stewardship Materials to begin arriving in your mailbox.
Early September 2009: Pledge letter will arrive via e-mail. Save church resources by pledging online.
September 13, 2009: Homecoming Sunday. Be sure to visit the Stewardship Table to learn about Sharing God's Abundance!
Early October, 2009: Hard copy pledge cards will be sent to those who have yet to pledge.
October 18, 2009: Stewardship Sunday. Guest Preacher, The Rt. Reverend Charles F. Duvall, retired bishop of the Central Gulf Coast, will preach at the 8:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. services in the Church. The 9:00 a.m. chapel service and the 11:00 a.m. Theater service will be combined with the services in the Church. Joy Mass will still be held at 9:00 a.m. in the Parish Hall.
Children (3 years to 5th grade) will receive their own Stewardship Pledge Forms and their own offertory envelopes in Sunday School the week before Stewardship Sunday (October 11).
Youth (6th to 12th grades) Sunday School will focus on the importance of Stewardship and what it means to our teens. Remember to bring your PLEDGE CARDS and your children's PLEDGE CARDS to church on October 18. We will be collecting pledges on Stewardship Sunday this year. There will be no Commitment Sunday.
After October 18, 2009: If you miss Stewardship Sunday or if you prefer the convenience of online pledging, you can pledge online at any time by CLICKING HERE.

Or bring it by the church anytime and leave it with the receptionist. Should you misplace your pledge card, the receptionist will also have extra cards and envelopes.
December 31, 2009: Due Date. All pledge cards or online pledges should be made by the end of the year so that the Finance Committee can finalize the budget for 2010 in early January 2010.
February 21, 2010: Annual Parish Meeting. At the Parish Meeting, the budget for 2010 will be presented, as well as the final accounting of the pledges received by the church.
